Upload the patient screenshot to verify the appointment request against clinic records.

Use the screenshot from the appointment submitted page.
If the browser cannot read the image, type the short code shown under the QR.
Choose an image to scan the QR code.
Instruction: Upload the QR screenshot, wait for the detected code to appear, then click Verify Appointment. The verification result will show whether the QR matches a saved appointment request.
